Our seasonal salads change with the seasons! Enjoy 12 delicious individually packaged salads for the perfect add-on for your event, meeting or gathering.

Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad - A bright, refreshing mix of baby greens, thinly sliced red onion, ripe strawberries, creamy goat cheese and crunchy candied nuts, paired with poppy seed vinaigrette. Lightly dressed to accentuate sweet-tart fruit and tangy cheese for a balanced, elegant side.

Rustic Italian Salad - A robust, savory medley of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, crumbled feta and sliced salami, paired with a balsamic vinaigrette. Bold Mediterranean flavors and hearty textures make this a satisfying complement to any sandwich.

Quinoa salad - Fluffy quinoa blended with chickpeas, crisp cucumber, tangy feta, crunchy pistachios and fresh herbs, all dressed in a bright lemon and extra‑virgin olive oil vinaigrette for a light, satisfying side.

Each of our individually packaged salads are served in a 16 oz kraft container, with dressing on the side. Pair it with our sandwich platters or serve as a side at meetings and events.
