Charcuterie and friends? Name a better duo.
The Prairie Grazer hosts immersive workshops featuring friends, fun, and charcuterie, of course!
Plan one of our make and take charcuterie classes for your group event. Classes take place either in-person or online and you will make a complete charcuterie board. You’ll also get a wooden board or knife set as a special gift from us.
Participants will pick up an ingredient kit on the day of the workshop or we can arrange for delivery of kits for $10 per location. The cost for our virtual workshops is $75+ tax/per person. We can accommodate large groups virtually, which is perfect for large corporate functions.
The cost for our in-person workshops is $85/pp plus tax, which includes the board/knife set, meat, cheese, fruit, crackers, dips etc. and a lesson! The minimum group booking is 6 people and the maximum group booking 20 people, depending on current COVID-19 restrictions.
Our in-person workshops will take place at our storefront located at 3801 Millar Avenue.
To book a workshop, we require a 50% refundable deposit to secure your date with the remainder due 1 week prior to your workshop. If restrictions change due to COVID-19 and we are unable to host your group event, your deposit will be refunded.
We follow strict COVID-19 guidelines and therefore must abide by Saskatchewan Health Authority regulations regarding the number of attendees. All guests must wear masks during the class.
We work with all dietary restrictions. Simply let us know ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
To book your session send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you!
Join us on Friday, January 21st at 8pm for an evening of fun, learning and good company! We know that Covid has made it very difficult for us to gather in groups which is why these workshops have been such a hit!
As a part of your registration, you’ll receive everything you need to create a beautiful artisan box or board for 2-4 people with a few extras! You’ll also learn a bit about the history of charcuterie, the types of meats and cheeses we use and even learn how to make a meat flower!
Spots are limited! Kits will be available for pick up from our store at 3801 Millar Avenue between 12-5 on January 21st! Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated so please leave us a note in the comments.
The class is approximately 1 hour long. A Google Meet link will be sent out via email to the email address provided approximately 1 week in advance.
***Please ensure you select "January 21st" as your designated pickup date or your registration will not be processed.
