Galantine's Sip and Savour - FRIDAY FEBRUARY 7th!

Grab your girlfriends and join us on Friday, February 7th for an evening of fun and learning as we teach you the tips and tricks of Charcuterie board making. Ever wanted to learn how to make a meat flower? Well now is your time! 

Each attendee will receive everything they need to make a beautiful board for 2-4 grazers, with some added specialty items including special Valentine's touches! 

NEW: We are so thrilled to partner with Tahnee from The Feminine Vine, a local wine educator to bring you an exclusive wine tasting experience as part of your ticket. Each attendee will receive 3 - 2 oz pours of some of our favourite wines. Tahnee will walk you through how to taste the wines, educate you on what's in each glass and how it pairs perfectly with our cheeses. 

Registration is per person. Spots are limited so register early to avoid missing out!

Please select Friday, February 9th as your pickup date at checkout. No need to pick anything up beforehand - all items will be ready and waiting for you on Friday, February 7th. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the notes at checkout.

Cost: $95 + tax

Cancellations will not be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Our class will begin promptly at 7 pm in order to remain on schedule. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the class starts. 

Our workshops are fully licensed. You will have the option to purchase additional wine, cider and beer for the duration of the class to sip on while you snack!
